Dear Anatomy and Physiology II Class,
Here are your options for extra-credit:
OPTION 1: CHAPTER REVIEWS
Do three Chapter Reviews in their entirety for On these chapter reviews, you must answer in full, complete sentences using standard English. You must give me page references for all of your answers to receive credit. The only chapters that are available for this assignment are Chapters 19 thru 24 inclusive. Each chapter assignment is due on the day that we lecture on that particular topic/chapter.
OPTION 2: RESEARCH PRESENTATION
You can do a research presentation on a topic that I choose. I want you to do something that is germaine and of interest to this class. A total of 5% points towards your final grade. These are percentage points that I'll add onto your final grade. 5% points are available, but partial credit is available. You will have to present your topic on any class period of your choice, including the last day of lecture 11/12/09. You must make a powerpoint presentation for 20 minutes to me and the class ... and any guests who may be available (I want to show you off). You must also be prepared for questions and answers from me and the class.
Please let me know by the next class meeting which option you'd like to exercise. Remember, this is an optional assignment. If you are satisfied with your grade, you do not have to participate.
